I've been doing the Move program for about 4 days now yet it still says day 1 as if i just switched to the program. What gives?

Today I am taking it easy for the week has just flown by. Trying two new exercises tomorrow almost completing the True Beginner workout program. Very proud of myself:)
I want to get the best out of my workouts but right now money is tight. The last thing want to do is start a program and there is a way is a item I need and I'm doing the workout right. Am almost done with beginners workout by the way
True I think I saw Kmart it'll take some time to get most of the equipment to fully be set for all exercises
You are preaching to the choir girl for I am going thru the same. Being a mom of a 5 and a mcdonald's employee who works weird hrs its hard to come across the right choice. I keep a food journal and pray im gonna to head for the fridge

You dont have to start over. You can try combining to days in one to play catch up. Thats what I do because I alternate this with my Zumba. But sometimes it helps to start over and its not a bad thing its to give the body a review if that helps you too.
Day 2 of no exercise for Thurs 9hr shift has thrown me off and worn my body out. But I do believe that this "Recovery" program will work from me considering the flip flop of 2 workouts from daily and one 1 hr Zumba session #wish me luck
Checking out the program after completing a whole week, I wanted to see how another program looked on the schedule. But when I went back it was like I never did the program. I was in the beginners program but now it looks like i never did it since I changed back. Any suggestions?
