I've been doing the Move program for about 4 days now yet it still says day 1 as if i just switched to the program. What gives?
I want to get the best out of my workouts but right now money is tight. The last thing want to do is start a program and there is a way is a item I need and I'm doing the workout right. Am almost done with beginners workout by the way
You are preaching to the choir girl for I am going thru the same. Being a mom of a 5 and a mcdonald's employee who works weird hrs its hard to come across the right choice. I keep a food journal and pray im gonna to head for the fridge
Checking out the program after completing a whole week, I wanted to see how another program looked on the schedule. But when I went back it was like I never did the program. I was in the beginners program but now it looks like i never did it since I changed back. Any suggestions?
A banana is great easy to digest. I use to eat one, wait about an hr and then start my workouts in the morning. Then when I was done i would get cereal or oatmeal if i had the time
I work in Mcdonalds where there are no such thing as a steady schedule. I wake up and have 16oz of v8, wait an hr or so, exercise, then start my day. My days are never set and I sometimes don't get hm until 8pm. My thing is I try to stay in a 2000 calorie budget but sometimes when i get hm and settled its 9pm and I feel like im starving. Work mostly 5 hr shifts with no breaks and do my best to not have soda. Help!!
Do true beginning for the full 30 days then move to something else. That way you dont overwhelm yourself. Try yoga then why not the dance workout
I would try dancing for that helped me when I had bad cramps. Its always a good idea to move around when you have cramps n such things when your Aunt Flow visits. My choice is Zumba games for I didnt try the ones on here yet she looks like fun too. Hope it helps:)

Today I am taking it easy for the week has just flown by. Trying two new exercises tomorrow almost completing the True Beginner workout program. Very proud of myself:)
