I have never tried that one, but I think it's called DB15 because all of the workouts are around 15 minutes.
I was fed up with the slow videos, bugs, and other problems. Plus, I felt like I needed a cardio workout that was fun. I feel like the update came just in time, and thank goodness for cardio sculpt. Can anyone trying this program tell me some of your favorite workouts?
Substituting fresh fruits and veggies for carbs and sugary foods is a great way to start!
I usually wait two hours. You don't want to feel that food drag you down when you are doing your workout.

Yes! I really need to know my calorie counts for another weight loss app. It is kinda frustrating, but I do love the workouts :)
I weigh myself several times a day! I also weigh in after workouts to see how effective they are. It makes me accountable for everything.
I never have problems with my home Internet, but these videos play really choppy. I have restarted my ipad, restarted the app, and it still happens every day. I wake up early to workout; this is making me grumpy!
I lost weight the next day! It really depends on how many calories you are eating, though. Are you replacing all the calories you burned?
