Hey, welcome! The most important thing, really, is to not quit. So don't be too hard for yourself. Don't set all kinds of rules you have to follow. Don't obsess about food. Just start eating a bit healthier and start working out a couple times a week. That really is all it takes :)
No, of course not. Apparently this is some kind of bug.
You can see that during the work out right after you fill out your current number, pictured in a graph. I don't think you can find it elsewhere.
Well, invest in a decent floor covering. Or add a rug. Or just run outside ;)
I also like to think about how I feel afterwards. Also I like to picture myself in a couple of months, looking and feeling great :)
There are all kinds of artificial sweeteners of course. Or add some sweet fruits, like grapes or whatever you like :)

I like water too. It sounds totally plain and boring but you'll get used to it in under two weeks, I promise ;)
I just to be be addicted to diet coke too. I managed to quit by allowing myself less and less each week. Just start by deleting one can or one glass a week.
And, anyway, now I'm addicted to coffee :p
Great idea! I would also like it if this site and the apps got more badges. A bit like Foursquare, that you can earn badges for checking in and doing stuff. There are a couple of them now, but I'd love to get more. They really motivate me to come back to the site and the apps.
Can't you just use the one at a gym? Somehow I never use the equipment I buy, except for the basic things like a yoga mat and some free weights. But hey, maybe you have way more willpower than I have :)
Hi there! I'm a vegetarian. I'm not interested in becoming a vegan, but I wanted to say hi nonetheless ;). Go you for losing the weight and eating healthy!
Good question. I've come across the same videos a couple of times. Which is fine by me, as long as there is a couple of weeks in between them.
I joined the Combat Cravings challenge.
