I like to know what workout to expect for the upcoming days and I like how the other programs have a calendar. Is there anyway to find out what Intelliburn has in store for me the next day?
Thanks for the help!
I accidentally clicked on Soy two times for the remaining balance points, but I only ate one serving. Is there away to undo this?
Mine also jumps ahead when I get to a certain time of day. It's kind of fun to see what is up next a little early, though. :-)
I agree with the first response and also think they are trying to keep you from breaking the habit of skipping a day of exercise. It's so easy for many people (including myself) to have one day off turn into two and then three, etc. So, I think they add the mobility days to not only help your muscles recover, but to keep you going in the programs.
I am on my last week of ignite and want to keep it going. I am curious, though, how often they add new recipes. I like the recipes they have, but I'm sure in the future will get bored and am hoping they offer more suggestions.
Did you ever feel better? I am on day 3 and feel the same. I assume it is just the detox phase.
Thanks for the recommendation! I will give that one a shot. Moving is better than not moving, right? :-)
I have recently had a shoulder/elbow/wrist injury that is leaving me unable to do my favorite DailyBurn workouts (Tabata/Kickboxing/things with pushups and planks). I do not want to slow down on the workouts because I have been doing really well and don't want to lose steam. Any suggestions on good DailyBurn workouts that can work around an arm injury? Thanks!
I often change up the daily workout if I am feeling really sore. I will switch it with my yoga day and that generally helps me out a lot. I also use a heating pad, which can alleviate some of the soreness. Hope this helps!
I am coming to the end of the Cardio Sculpt program and am trying to decide what to do next. My goal is to work my way up to the Inferno program, but don't feel I am quite strong enough yet. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Thanks for both responses! I will give Inferno a shot and if that doesn't go well, I know TBT is a next good option!
