That's really awesome to have dropped 30lbs already! Good job! I have been bouncing between 4-10lbs. The other day I actually completed my first DailyBurn video and the squats have killed my thighs for a few days. But I'm still moving them so that the pain of the soreness doesn't slow me down!
I would like to find friends on here that are beginners. I wish there was categories in the community for beginners like me. I would also like to have supporters who are at the same level I am and are dealing with the same problems.
