Hey kellih13, I think this is the beauty of DB, that you are stumbling upon. When you answered your questions to create your profile, DB was calculating your goals and workouts. Me thinks that there is an algorithm or something, that delivers workouts with many of the considerations you would consider on your own. I think it is part of the No Excuses mentality. Turn DB on and do "that" workout, let DB sweat the small stuff. Keeping it simple has been working for me.
Don't you just love the interactive feature on Roku? I have never used the PC for a workout so I never knew about the Calorie Burner. It's all good though, I am just putting my fitness in DB's hands. It am more confident after every workout that this is a long term solution for me.
This can be more complicated than buying by preference. There was a time that some protein shakes included chemicals and such that were more than the casual user needed. Some are very artificial and the ingredient listings can be less than transparent.
I joined the Stop the Evening Snack Attacks challenge.
I joined the Meet Your Daily Protein Goal challenge.
Simple and challenging. Having abandoned my minds fantasy of who I am, which was built on who I was 20 yrs ago, DB has my feet on the mat. Day 1 was great, can't wait for day 2.
Daily Burn ! you are the only one for me!
