Vanessa .... Dr. Oz I've tried every pill he has advertise and I will tell you now it is just a way to get your money. You have to do the work. That pill won't do it. When you exercise your body is burning calories plus it makes you feel better at the same time. I am a Mom too and I know about the weight gain and the worries. Plus I've been going thru menopause since I was 38 and now I'm 43 and this last year I really packed on some weight. And girl if I can do it you can too.
You just have to remind yourself of the goal you want...and remember no pain no gain! And lots of water and the right foods do help.
Believe me when I first started working out I didn't know what program to choose so I tried Intelliburn. That's if you like variety. Well now I do Moves!(Metabolic Hip-Hop).
And believe the first time you might mess up which I do but I sweating a lot and got a wonderful workout. So now I love it.
I have always heard that you take off about to pounds for regular weight at the Doctors office or on any scale.
I would like to know the same but actually I measure my waist and as the inches come off I know I've lost the weight.
