    DAY 16.....Really hasn't seen any results i even went as far as 2 count my calories wit my fitness pal ...i weight myself everyday and i check my measurement .....I see other comments about bout muscle weighting more then fat that's why i'am still doing the work out ....I sumtime feel like am doin dis workout for nothing ...i understand its only been alittle over 2 weeks but i wanna see some type of results im the same weight since i started ill lose 2 pound then i wake up im the same smh just a bit discourage but i never quit anything ...i do feel better but i don't look it ...so my question is WHAT AM I DOIN WRONG

    thxs ehylt im eating da rite foods sumtimes I do have my moments but never went over my daily calories
