I'm a 29 year old woman, and I've been overweight and sedentary all my life. After a kind of mid life crisis, I'm trying out DialyBurn, and starting with the True Beginner program. I feel decently challenged by the program, without pain or too much struggle - but I repeatedly yawn through the workout. It's definitely not because of lack of sleep, as I don't yawn like this anytime before the workout, and I stop yawning after I rest from the workout. Is it common for a very out of shape person to yawn a lot during a workout, and could it be a sign of a hidden health problem?
