I make sure that I shop every single week. If you don't have the right food on hand you can't do it. I vowed no fast food for the 21 days. I will eat at a restaurant maybe once a week but very seldom b/c you never know how they cooked the food. I pack all my food every morning and go ahead and lay out dinner and I make sure I only eat what I have packed for the day. Don't head out the door thinking you will grab lunch somewhere cuz it wont happen.. and you may have to stay away from get togethers or parties with bad food just for these 21 days... what ever is stopping you from finishing, cut it off. I tell myself its only 21 days and then I can have a little freedom after that, but remember even after the 21 days you should still eat this way for 90% of the time and use your exchanges for treats every now and then. If you don't mind sharing what are your reasons for falling off the wagon?

From what I read, there are foods that don't have the evil 6 like french fries, however, if you an approved watermelon, the entire thing, you will take in a lot of calories even though is approved. You have to be true to yourself. White rice is sugar. It turns to sugar once metabolized in your system which is why you can't have it, so does white potatoes. Just stick to lean meats and veggies and you will soon be able to do more "white" carbs on the balance.

I thought fructose was the worst kind of sugar to have... that would be considered "added sugar" right? so even its a little added sugar you are saying its ok? I get confused by the strict nature of this program and then answers like this one that say "go ahead if you already have a protein powder".... sorry don't mean to sound harsh ;-) just wanna do this right...

There is a hidden food you are missing somewhere... If you are working out everyday and only eating 1500 cal a day.. then you may need to view your exchanges. Are you eating 10 high calorie exchanges? Bc a serving of aritifical sweetner is different from a serving of cake...

Personally I think the Ignite program is great for a breastfeeding mom only b/c this program doesn't ask you to restrict your calories, just restrict the crap. Breastfeeding moms don't need any of the evil 6 to breastfeed. Its actually the healthiest way to eat, so make sure you keep you portions up and eat often and you should drop the weight.

I have breastfed two children and am still nursing the 2nd one and the weight did not fall off while nursing... why? b/c I ate crap all the time, so now that I have cleaned up my eating on the Ignite I am dropping and Im still maintaining my supply. Im not restricting calories just eating clean. There's a difference. I also had a csection. Hope this helps :-)
