Wow! You weren't kidding! That is really discusting!
I am on Move as well-- it is a good Cardio workout-- but I don't feel like I'm burning many calories. With that in mind, I usually do the Move workout first then go on and do a shorter weights class-- Judi's Cardio Sculpt is great-- I find that burns a lot more calories in a short amount of time plus I get the cardio from Move.
Avoiding Soy on Ignite is important, but if the oil is organic and expeller pressed does this make it ok? or should it still be avoided even in the balance phase?
I want to lose weight, but have been cautioned to do it in a safe way-- so what is a safe amount of weight to lose in a month? or do I just need to be losing it in a safe way meaning good diet and exercise and not worry about losing it too fast?
I am in the middle of the third week and have lost 4 lbs by following Ignite and exercising about 3 times a week. I am happy with the program and I know that if I could squeeze in a few more exercise routines a week I would prolly lose more. More than anything I am happy with how Ignite has changed my views on food. Now I know that the food I'm eating is good for me (and it tastes good too) and best of all I don't have to count calories!! LOVE it!!
I am a stay at home mom, who was very busy with daily activities but not nec exercise till Daily Burn came along. I am 2/3 through Ignite (which I have been very faithful to) and work out for an hour 3 times a week (doing Cardio and Weigts) and have lost about 4lbs since I started Ignite. I can't say enough about Ignite, I love it and it has really changed the way I view food-- let alone the fact that I don't have to count calories!!! The food I eat tastes good and I know it is good for me--- and slowly but surely I am losing the weight. -- you might give it a try too!
Judi has a Cardio Sculpt workout that I LOVE!!!
Can't wait to actually start losing some weight!!!
