So just wondered if I lost any weight so I weighed myself and its so discouraging when I still weigh exactly the same. But my husband keeps telling that its working bc I am loosing inches, but I just want the weight off too. :(
I have been doing the DB15 work out and I have lost about 2 in in by belly and waist. But no weight what can I do?

I just started doing daily burn four days ago and a picked the DB15 work out. So do I take days off during this work out or do I go for 15 days straight?
I agree. As long as you get enough nutrition then your body will continue to produce milk.
The work out today was rough but I stuck with it.
Just finished my second day of daily burn and I feel great!
I was excited that I did two workouts today!
