I also work out with my hubby and we follow the same schedule and do the programs together. I have the tracker on my phone but he can't enter any of his data because it is set up for me only. Seems a waste to have to have 2 paid subscriptions when spouses are doing it together for moral support and keeping each other motivated. Allowing 2 members on the same membership seems reasonable to me. What are the chances another user can be added to the membership soon? Even charging $12/mo for 2 users would work for me. Then we could both be on it, have our own weight progress and goals, and I would even add the Nutrition for $5/mo if we could both access it. What say you, DailyBurn folks? Yay, or nay?
Thank you for your additional advice, AltGirlTX. I can feel if I've eaten too much sodium also, and am working to get it mostly out of my diet. I hope that helps.
Very interesting reads regarding the rubber bag concept; thank you for sharing. I use the same weigh-in technique you use but haven't been doing the graph.
I will definitely look further into the TrendWeight app. I also have the DB app, but don't know yet if it has charts since I just got it last night. Thank you for your help!
Thank you so much! I was always told not to weigh every day, so averaging out the week's numbers seems more realistic to me.
I'm working this really hard, eating healthier, drinking lots of water and doing interim "small" exercises, but I gain every other day and lose the days in between. I'm only on the sixth (6th) day, but the "gain" days are kind of depressing. Thanks for any help, suggestions or advice.
