It would really help me to have someone else going through the same thing as me. A buddy to chat with always helps me do my workouts everyday.
I haven't said anything the past few days, but I did my work out both days! Just finished day 10, I was going to skip today because I didn't feel like working out, but then I realized that attitude is what got me to 280 pounds, so I sucked it up and worked out :D And I feel awesome that I did! 10 days without missing a workout day!
That's AWESOME!! Great Job! I was the same way today and I got up and did the workout for today and the one that I was still behind on. Keep up the good work!

One week DONE! It is the first time in a loooong time that I have worked out every day for a week. And I feel great! I loved the recovery day, it made all my joints feel great and stretched everything out. I am ready to start the next week!

I did the same thing! I was thinking it wouldn't make me sweat or help me see weight loss, but I have lost 7 pounds already!
It sure does! Just got through my first week and it was hard making myself do it but I am so happy I did!
I am really in the super beginning stages, so I plan to do true beginner twice and add more the second time around

Got on the scale this morning and lost 7 pounds already! And that is just me working out, I haven't started any kind of diet yet because I don't want to much change at once and then not stick with it. But I was so happy to see 7 pounds gone! I just have to keep going and I will get to my goal before I know it! Just about to go get changed to start day six!
Whew! done! I am sweating sooooo much! More than last time, I tried to push myself just a little more each time I do a workout, and I don't like it during the work out, but after I feel great!
I love how he tells you that this is where we belong, even though we are beginners we are still improving :)
Day five :D This time my boyfriend joined me and it was really nice to have someone else in the room working out with me. It sure helps to have people supporting you in getting healthy. I found it a little easier this time, I didn't have to stop as much. One day at a time is all I can do to improve myself. You guys and gals can do it too!

I'm doing just the True Beginner program, I am really out of shape and that challenges me for now.
