When you cook too much and don't want to eat it for the next couple of days, put them in the freezer and froze them. When you want to eat put them in the oven or microwave. We always have leftovers and my parents go for a vacation, I eat those taking out from the freezer, don't even have to cook for myself. =) This way your sunday cooking won't go wasted if you can't eat whole the stuff you cooked.
I wanna be ready for the zombie apocalypse so i kinda want to be able to run a basic parkour. Need more upper arm strength. Also as a side goal, i want leaner abs. My waist is rather thin, but i have belly fat =(

I'm trying to break this but i'm in kind of a yo-yo stuation here; i succeed one week, other week i give into tepmptation. Any tips or how to fight it?
It usually happens on my knees, sometimes on my back near my waist on my spine. It doesn'y hurt or anything it just makes a cracking sound which annoys me and worries me. How can I get rid of it? Is it normal?
After I realised the calorie of a can of soda, and seeing the Diet/Zero calorie sodas/coke add up to your waist, I quit. I drink mineral water without flavor to enjoy the fizzyness. After not drinking for a few days, my cravings were gone, and now I only drink one glass when in a family dinner or treat myself a slice of pizza once or twice a month. So, mineral water it is =D
I'm really not a water drinker and recently I started putting a 1lt water bottle next to my desk and start drinking more. But more water I drink I feel more thirsty, in the mornings my mouth goes awfully dry. Why is that?
