Coming up to 4 months on the plan, I have lost over 20 pounds!! My family told me I didn't need to lose weight and I was fine the way I was, but sorry to say, they are all mostly lazy unhealthy people in denial of themselves. My pants were getting tighter and I would get the occasional comment from one of my sons, "Ewww". My family telling me I'm weird and "why can't you be normal" and staring at what I eat. But when someone else in our family looses a couple pounds they get commented on, "good for you" or "you look great". My sister in law says she rather be fat and happy than skinny and starving. I believe they are terrified of giving up all they love. I'm not starving and I eat better than the rest of my family and very happy. I love exercising and feel antsy if I run late. I have plenty of energy and feel great! No bloating and gas anymore, no headaches or back aches. I plan on getting pregnant soon, but with the tools that I have learned, I'm sticking to this plan forever. Dailyburn & Ignite is the best secret out there!

You can water down your shakes so they won't be so thick and what about Rice milk? I don't even taste it in my shake.

The fuel shake has a lot of protein, vitamins & minerals to start your day right. It keeps me full and is a nice treat with the chocolate and fruit. I eat breakfast for lunch or dinner sometimes and it's awesome! I love my omelets with lots of veggies and Daiya cheese!!!

Stevia is fine with Ignite, just use it sparingly. Do not use Splenda, Truvia or artificial sweeteners.

SAB42 answered the Question: How many times a day should you workout?

I do one workout a day with Intelliburn and walk the dog in the evening for 10-15 minutes or longer. Seems to work since I lost 20 pounds with Ignite and Dailyburn!

SAB42 answered the Question: Does DB Fuel give you energy?

It's called fuel because it gives you alot of protein, vitamins and minerals to fuel your body and get rid of all the bad stuff. It's a combination of the protein powder and all the other healthy foods you eat during the day that will give you loads of energy. I always used to be tired, now I feel light on my feet. I don't have any stomach bloat or gas and am 20 lighter. I would stay away from any supplement that has added ingredients to give you energy. Healthy food will give you loads of energy.

The workout plan is $10 a month and the nutrition is an extra $5. If you pay for the yearly full access plan you only pay $10 a month, but you pay for the whole year at one time. I paid for the workouts & nutrition, but after completing the 21 day Ignite plan I only used the workouts after that. I printed up all my recipes and all the informational material and made a binder. I then cancelled the nutrition part and only kept the workouts.

You need to eat more!! I noticed when I held back on calories, I didn't lose much. The moment I ate more and got to my protein goal, I started losing fast. You want to feel full and satisfied not starving because your body will go in hibernation mode! Use your Dailyburn tracker!

Ignite is a eating plan to stay on for life long benefits. I may have a small portion of cake but everything else I eat is still Ignite. So the dessert I ate really doesn't effect me. One day I went to Golden Corral and ate good healthy food until I lost control at the dessert bar. Since I eat good normally, the two pounds I gained melted off of me in just a couple days. And the weird thing is, whenever I fall off the bandwagon like that (not often), It jump starts my metabolism and I burn off more weight in the following days! So sometimes it's good to confuse your body! Just stay on Ignite and exercise daily and the occasional treat is ok!

SAB42 answered the Question: Will there ever be any new recipes?

If you Google in gluten free dairy free recipes, all kinds of sites will pop up. I look on them regularly to find something I can make. Sometimes I may have to substitute a couple ingredients to replace non Ignite ingredients but it's not that hard. Just keep your ingredients clean and you can even think of your own recipes!

SAB42 asked the Question: Introducing milk to my Ignite diet for pregnancy

I am trying to conceive and my doctor wants me to have more dairy in my diet. I take a calcium supplement daily but she wants me to get at least 1800 mg of calcium a day. I would have to eat alot of non dairy foods to get the calcium I need! I finished the 21 day plan months ago and have been losing weight steadily still and have surpassed my goal! (nothing fits me anymore!!) I bought some organic fat free milk and use half a cup in my shakes. They actually keep me full alot longer than my rice milk! I do not have any gastrointestinal issues with the milk. I am sticking to the Ignite diet with the exception of the milk. Will the milk make me gain any weight??
