Make sure their frozen blueberries.
Oh my gosh, I had a blueberry chocolate shake. It was so good. Chocolate Fuel, cup of blueberries, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of rice milk, 1/2 cup water, and 1tbsp chia seeds.
Make sure your getting enough protein in your diet. When I skimp, I get hungry.
I use the light coconut milk at trader joes. Its in a green can. Just coconut milk and water, that's it. Its not thick like Thai, but for my fuel shakes it doesn't matter to me. For thicker recipes, I use Thai.
I made it through Ignite and lost 18 pounds! I exercised 7 days a week for an hour and a half and never lost weight. When I changed the way I ate, it fell off! Exercise helps, but the diet is key!
I drink a 16 oz. cup of water when I get up in the morning. I add either coconut milk or rice milk to my shake as well as a serving of fruit. I also put a tablespoon of Chia Seeds in my shake every morning. It's weird at first but I'm used to having the seeds in my shake now. I have my shake around 7:30 and my stomach starts to growl a little at around 11. My lunch is at 11:30. I also sip on another 16 oz. glass of water between breakfast and lunch. I noticed that if I don't drink enough water to keep me full, I end up being hungry before my meal. That can lead you in alot of trouble! Also, some of the Ignite shakes have more protein in them. Like the Almond Butter one.
I've been using the vanilla and chocolate but need a change! Strawberry!
I go to the very top. It would be hard to make a level scoop if you went to the other line. I hope I've been doing it right since it's been severeral months doing this!
I noticed I lost more weight faster when I ate more lean protein. Reducing food will force your body into starvation mode. I eat alot of protein and drink lots of water. Use your Dailyburn tracker to help you with the right amount of protein.
When I started Ignite, I had a small allergy to raw almonds. I had no problems with drinking the almond milk and almond butter. Now two months later, I'm now getting an upset stomach, bloating, and constipation after consuming those products. The days when I don't consume them, I'm fine. Now I need to switch to Coconut milk more often, but the calories and fat are way higher:( I thought about rice milk once and a while but I heard it's like drinking sugar to the body and it has non Ignite oils in them. What to do???
Is raw honey allowed on Ignite though?
Sounds good to me. Kale is rich in calcium like broccoli, but without the gas!
I used to exercise 7 days a week and since I got tattoo work done in October and sickness to follow, I never started again. I made it through the Ignite plan and lost 13 pounds so far without working out! I only have 5 more pounds to my goal and just started exercising again. I finished my 2nd day of the Intelliburn program and wondering how many days should I work out? I do not want to exercise 7 days a week anymore. It felt like my life was all about exercise and nothing else. Is 4 days a week good for me? Or more?
