I want to be able to make my shakes while camping.
I'm going camping this summer with a group of my family and not sure how everyone will react the way I eat now. My husband is already commenting on how weird that would be. No one in my family watches what they eat and I will get some serious lecturing from them!
Love it! Kinda expensive, but looking at the other protein powders that are similar, they don't match Dailyburn Fuel and don't cost much less. Plus it lasts for 30 shakes! Ignite recipes make them yummy!!
I was concerned as well before I started. I have an allergy to tree nuts so I was concerned about the almond milk and flour. I also have it with raw carrots, celery & sometimes apples. I found that after I eat almond butter I have no reaction. The same with when I have cooked vegetables. From what I heard when certain foods are heated at high temperatures, it removes the allergen. Not saying this will work for you, but I can drink almond milk just fine and use almond flour. I usually will wash my veggies and steam them for a few minutes to partially cook them. So in the case of shredded carrots, I steam them whole first then shred them. You can always try coconut milk or rice milk instead. You can eat plenty of lean meat like chicken, turkey and lean pork or sirloin instead of the fish. I hope this helps.
I stopped taking my women's multivitamin when I started Ignite, since there are so many vitamins in Dailyburn Fuel. I do however still take my fish oil. My Dailyburn tracker keeps sending my notifications that I'm not getting certain vitamins in my diet. I stick to all Ignite recipes. I also noticed that the nutrition facts for the shakes do not show all the vitamins & minerals that are listed in the Fuel powder. Should I take the women's vitamin or will that be unhealthy for me to get too many vitamins and minerals? I noticed Dailyburn sells a supplement. Is that safe?
Ive gone through all the recipes on Ignite and want to try something new. I found a Shrimp, Mango, Spinach Salad that has the typical ingredients I would see in Ignite recipes. No evil 6. Are Mangos ok to eat? I do not want to break the rules, I only have 8 more days!!
I was just thinking that. Ive tried them all but need something new. What about soup?
I have followed the recipes for Ignite since the start. I've only been adding a little chia seed to my shakes every morning since I'm hungry before lunch. I have been tracking my food on the tracker site and the only thing that goes over is my fat intake. Which I heard was ok since its the healthy fat from Ignite recipes. I even cut the olive oil in half when I need to use it. I'm supposed to be on the time of the month right now and have not started yet. Is this the cause for the gain?? I also have not started my excercise routine because I wanted to start one step at a time. I thought the diet and excercise starting together would be hard on me physically and emotionally.
I read online that low carb diets are known for bad breath and introducing carbs will illiminate the problem. I'm on Ignite and can't do that. My husband is noticing it and I need to fix this!!
OMG I had a salad at Chuck E Cheeses and found out the jalapeno peppers I ate had distilled vinagar in it! Its day 4 for me and the first time I broke the rules! I only ate about 5 or 6. It was hardly anything! My Dailyburn Fuel powder also has cane juice in it but I drink it still since Ignite is the one sponsoring it, must be ok, I guess. I hope I dont have to start over because thats what is supposed to happen.
Im on day 5 and today feel bad. I had the chocolate almond cup shake this morning and the chia seeds made me feel so full :-( Ive never had them before. I couldnt even eat my veggie quiche at lunch 6 hours later. My head feels weird and my stomach feels really full. Im drinking alot of water to flush myself out but still feel full. Definitely not having the double chocolate fudge shake in my diet. Chia seeds work wonders i can tell you that much. I have been feeling great up till now. I have only noticed my anxiety levels are high because of trying new foods.
I take a women's mulitivitamin and fish oil. The ingredients have some of the evil 6 in them but less than 2%. Should I change them?
I saw the list of equipment I need for my Intelliburn workout program but what weight and sizes should I buy??
I get up at 4:45 a.m. and need a small snack to eat before my workout. I don't want to use my shake until it's officially breakfast at 7:15 a.m. What's a good snack for the Ignite program?
