Get educated on food! I suggest "Eat to Live" by Dr. Furhman. It's got a lot of great information on how different foods affect our metabolism/ health. Walking is another great thing. I lost 20 lbs in high school just by taking a walk on my lunch break instead of sitting in the cafeteria ( I hated the cafeteria). Good Luck!
