well, the banana and coconut are pretty sweet, but the acai is pretty low sugar. (in 100g of unsweetened berry, there's 2g of sugars)
I hadn't heard of acai bowls before, but I'm reading up on them now and they sound great. I'm going to have to see if i can find pureed acai around here!
Personally, I'd choose lower sugar fruit than the banana but I can get sugar crashes really really easily. Otherwise it sounds like a great healthy breakfast to me.
