Maybe you could peel the label off your bottle of protein powder?
When I need to make my protein shakes at work, I measure the powder in a baggy and take it with me. For more substantial travel, you could use one of those twist and lock Tupperware-type bowls.
You can find mayo made with canola oil, so you wouldn't have to deduct a point. I still use it sparingly, though.
I use balsamic vinaigrette on my salads, but you have to make sure that the dressing doesn't contain soybean oil.
I've ended up cutting out potatoes because I used to put butter and sour cream on baked ones, milk in mashed... Cutting out the dairy brought that to a halt! I've found that baked sweet potatoes taste pretty good naked when paired with beef or pork.
Make a bento box for lunch! Pack a variety of fruits, veggies, and nuts (and a harboiled egg or two).
