5 days of exercise and diet....I have lost almost 2 pounds...that is fine with me!!! This is allowing me to start slow and not get discouraged so far...15 mins for 15 days...and then the diet on 21 days...slow and easy!!!
Third serious day...have dropped 1.4 pounds!!!
I just joined, I am 5'1"...and yes 2 to 5 pounds on us looks like 10 to 15...Hope you are still on and still working out!!!
Was going to start this last week, I allowed things to get in the way...started over today, did a 15 min work out, followed the Ignite and downloaded and printed it...getting serious!!! going to start slow, but since 2008 have not seriously taken care of myself, many things happened and now I see things differently and if I don't take care of me....what will happen later? I need my health and stamina!!!
