I haven't started yet; getting my cupboards cleaned out. I have IBS which I've dealt with since childhood. I am hoping I can stick with this 21 day phase; my husband is going to start the phase too.
I have PCOS, I know how frustrating it is. I would never laugh at anyone, I realize this is an older post but I wanted to let you know that can be frustrating to deal with. But I found exercise & diet has helped alleviate some of the pain; I can't always work through it but whenever I can I try to get out & go for a walk. Great time to think & enjoy nature; I actually feel better even after just a few minutes. I have to medicine to help keep me going, not a fan of it but it is what I need to do for myself & my family.
Night time esp when it comes to popcorn, it is one of my weaknesses. Not to mention Black Licorice, ever so often I get a huge craving.
My husband & I have crazy work schedules, we figured DB would benefit us more than our gym.
So your starting the Ignite program? I am planning on preparing for that next week, I figured summer would be the best time for me to try it. Thanks for the info.
Getting started on Daily Burn, planning on beginning Ignite on this Monday. Ready for a change & taking care of myself :)
