Wanted to do some sprints today but it's too cold so I done a cardio sculpt workout instead.....definitely had me sweating and overall a great workout :)
My bodybuilding.com peeps keep me motivated seeing all their progress pics and hearing their encouraging words...it's awesome!! But most of all how I feel about myself after a workout and feeling the burn keeps me coming back for more...."Train insane or remain the same" is what I keep telling myself to push me through a tough workout.

Just done my first Inferno workout today and found it somewhat challenging.....I've been exercising for years and felt I needed a change so I'll add this to my daily workouts and see how it goes :)
