I'm sorry to say that at this time we only offer Imperial measurements. Please accept our apologies for the trouble this may cause. Just know that we're logging in these requests and they are being considered for possible future updates to the site.
We're looking at adding two new muscle building programs in the coming months in addition to four new videos to the 'True Beginner' program, by the end of the year. I can't spill the beans just yet on release dates for these programs, but I welcome you to check back in with us at a later date for updates.
Hi again! You can check out Total Cardio, DB15, or even TBT if you're looking for a challenge.
There's many ways to keep up with your workouts! All of our programs were designed to be used daily. The length of the programs vary, but you can stay on top of what's happening by logging in every day and going to your workouts tab. From here, you'll see the workout of the day ready to go!
If you're looking to stay on track with your nutrition, everything you need is in the Nutrition tab. The Ignite program has all of the resources available to get your started.
Our support team is happy to help if you should run into any trouble along the way. Just send them a note at email@example.com .
I'm sorry to say that there currently isn't a way to track all of the workouts you've completed on DailyBurn. We know that it is important to be able to track all of the hard work you've done, so please accept our apologies for the inconveniences this may cause. Just know that we're logging in these requests and they are being considered for possible future updates to the site.
You can certainly maintain a vegetarian/vegan diet with Ignite. Ignite focuses on eliminating the evil 6 from your diet, which are alcohol, dairy, soy, artificial sweeteners, added sugar, and gluten. As you can see, this leaves many foods you can continue to eat and as long as you stick with those guidelines, you are eating 'Ignite friendly'.
More information can be found here: http://dailyburn.com/articles...
While it's a small amount ingested, we recommend trying a different brand of gum that does not contain soy while you're on Ignite.
The estimated calories for exercise are rough estimates. It takes into account your gender, age (if given), and then uses an algorithm that was derived based on the statistics of average men and women using a 'medium' intensity.
If you're currently on the 21 day Ignite phase, then you will need to find an alternative vitamin that does not contain soy or fermented wheat.
So glad you're about to start! There aren't any specific goals in terms of macro nutrients. As an example, here’s what a typical eating schedule looks like during your 21-day Ignite cycle.
breakfast (within 1 hour of waking): DailyBurn fuel Shake
Lunch: huge Salad with lots of greens veggies, chicken breast, olive oil
snack: Small handful of almonds and 1 small apple
Dinner (2-3 hours before bed): Salmon, broccoli, quinoa
Notice how there are no measurements next to the food. Remember, this isn’t calorie counting. Don’t over eat - just eat slow and eat until you feel satisfied. Your body knows what it’s doing, especially when you get rid of the “Evil 6”.
I'm sorry to say that the Inferno HR program is only available on iOS mobile devices. While we don't have a timeline as to when this will become available, but feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for future updates.
With the green light from your doctor to use an exercise program, the 'True Beginner' program is a great place to start; however, there are movements that will engage your core. You can preview each workout to see which moves are best for you before doing them. As an alternative you can try our 'Recover' program as well as go into the Discover page and check out our singular workouts by level of difficulty and time by logging in and going here: http://dailyburn.com/workout_... . In your case, I recommend selecting 'Easy', and '0-20' minutes workouts. Again, you will need to preview each workout to see which moves are best for you.
After 'Cardio Sculpt' you can try 'Total Cardio' or 'Intelliburn' which should keep you on the right track!
You can change/update your profile by going here: https://dailyburn.com/profile...
I'm sorry to say that there isn't a way to adjust the days in an existing trial. As for what you can check out after you've finished 'Cardio Sculpt', you can try our 'Total Cardio' program by selecting it from the list here: http://dailyburn.com/programs
