Intelliburn is our only program that does not have a preset schedule. It uses an algorithm to choose the following day's workout for you. It uses your gender, age, and your progress during the current day's workout to decide the following day's workout.

Hi there! Just as you've learned that half marathon training is about being in it for the long haul, so is weight loss. One bad run doesn't mean you'll ruin your race; one slipup at a meal doesn't mean you've totally derailed your weight loss.
Losing weight CAN be hard sometimes while training for a long distance race since many people tend to overestimate how much they can eat afterwards. Also, make sure you're incorporating speed work and strength workouts as well so that your body continues to be challenged.
