They are much better than I expected actually. They don't leave that chalky aftertaste a lot of other protein powders do.
I noticed a pound or two more at first as well. Don't pay attention to the numbers though. It's not all about how much you weight, but also how you feel. Also, a lot of times muscle weighs more than fat so you may notice a few pounds gained at first, especially if you're doing the DB workouts as well. Like you said, you have already lost size in your waist, so you're definitely on the right path. Keep it up Sean!
So far, so good. I'm new into DailyBurn and Ignite, but I'm already feeling great. My energy level was low at first and I craved every piece of junk food under the sun, but that has gone away. I'm feeling great and actually looking great too. ok ok, well not looking great yet, but I can tell I'll be there soon with this diet.
