    I use a blender. It's a cheap blender; couldn't afford much at the time. I only really have a problem when I am adding frozen fruit to something. Otherwise, it works very well for protein shakes.

    I found two teas on Celestial Seasonings that might be good replacement.

    One is called Morning Thunder, which is black tea and South African mate. It contain contains caffeine but not as much as a cup of coffee. It is described as "energizing".

    Another is called Roastaroma which is an herbal (caffeine free) tea that is supposed to resemble the flavor of coffee.

    I was wondering, will there be a blog or journal feature anytime soon?? It would be another awesome way to keep up with the community's progress. Not just about food, exercise, and weight loss, but also all the emotions that go with the journey.

    Honestly, I think you would be better off finding some good healthy recipes that freeze well, making large amounts, portioning them off and then freezing them. When you're hungry, you can pop it in the freezer. It will of course take some time to cook the large portion, but after you'll be smooth sailing for a while. I know that there are recipe book that are made just for this purpose; when I get some titles, I'll post again. I think one of Jillian Michaels' books has mass quantity recipes for freezing. Probably "Making the Cut", but I'll double check. It's one thing to have a TV dinner every once in a while, but you don't want to live on them. Even the "healthy" microwavables aren't that healthy.
