My husband and I were doing the shakes for the morning meal for two weeks of our ignite portion of the diet and neither one of us lost any weight during those two weeks. We went back to the morning frittata and we started loosing weight again. Not sure if it was the shakes or metabolism.
This site is not responding today. I also recorded a weight in the beginning that is incorrect. I tried to edit it and nothing I post will save, if I can post it at all.
