I am on day 3 of Ignite. My husband and I searched for an inexpensive protein powder that fits the parameters of the Ignite program. We chose Muscle Milk. Now, I am reading about the protein powder guidelines and this powder doesn't work. Do I need to reignite or can I stick with this powder. I can't spend much more and I really like the taste. My husband seems to think the parameters are meant to force us to purchase the Daily Burn powder.
I have a busy schedule with four children active in sports. We usually don't get home until 7 or 7:30 and I am in bed between 9 and 10. Is it an absolute must that I eat dinner more than three hours before bed in order to participate in the Ignite program? If so, how do I work around this problem?
I am not a morning person, so I actually have more energy after I get home from work. However, if I know I can't get a workout in after work, I will get up early to do it in the morning.
I am on 59 of Cardio Sculpt. I have lost a net of 4 pounds. However, I am getting complimented on the weight that I have lost. My stomach is my problem area and it has really gone down. My clothes are looser and I am in my optimal clothing size. I wish that I would lose more, but I am happy with how I look.
Wow! I felt like I just read the question that has been going through my mind. I can tell you that I am on day 59 of Cardio Sculpt and my stomach is smaller than it has ever been since my second C-section closely followed by my hysterectomy. I actually can see the results and people think I have lost weight, even though I have only lost 4 pounds. I still have a little bit more to go, but the progress is great so far. It will happen. Believe me!
Thank you everyone!
Every time I see WTF Inferno, my mind instantly goes to most popular acronym. Please tell me it isn't so. I am doing a different program so I don't know if they say something in the videos.
I was just thinking the same thing. I would like to continue to really get my heart going, but I have had 3 surgeries on my left knee and it can't handle the jumping.
Good idea on eating lightly. I guess I could make my lunch the heaviest.
I have had 2 c-sections and a hysterectomy. My belly hung over the incision scar the doctors used. I couldn't see the scar. After two months on Cardio Sculpt, I can see the scar and my family has commented on how my tummy has gone down. I still have a pooch, but it is getting better. Keep the faith!!
