Strawberries and cream shake
1/2 - 1c frozen strawberries
1 whole kiwi
1/2c unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops vanilla daily fuel
I crave ice-cream, so I started freezing fresh bananas - they taste like a banana Popsicle.
Click on the Workouts tab in the tool bar and go to programs and you can switch from there. To reset your calendar, look on the right side where your calendar is and there should be an option to reset the calendar. Just click on it
My new favorite is strawberry kiwi. vanilla fuel, 1/2 - 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 whole kiwi, 1/2c unsweetened almond milk and 1c water.
For added boost, I add 1/2 - 1 tbsp of wheatgrass powder
for extra creaminess add 1/2 an avocado. <-- I found this to be too thick so I added more almond milk/water

This happens to me sometimes too. There are several things that can cause your symptoms. If you get light-headed, it may mean that you aren't breathing right during the exercises. The light-headed feeling is a result of the brain not getting enough blood and oxygen. If you are feeling nauseous, it could be because you did eat enough calories before you started working out or your electrolytes are low.
If you are sweating heavily during your workout, you can become dehydrated resulting in dry mouth, dizziness, and nausea.
