I agree i don't really like them myself,but i will aleast try them by doing the modified. I do have problems with my knees every now and then, but as i said before i will do the modfied.
I use the videos daily, but also work on my own routines in the evenings. My husband tells me i'm over doing it, but if i have the energy why not.
I have a Nutr-Bullet and works fast, it also came with the different sizes of cups :). You can add nuts ice just about anything.
