Hi, I love dailyburn, particularly the cardio sculpt workouts and any of the (kick)boxing ones. Unfortunately I sustained an injury to my hand/wrist, a partially torn scaphoid-lunate ligament, but I want to keep working out (and my dr said it was fine as long as it doesnt hurt). I was wondering if there were any workouts you recommend that don't require putting pressure on the hand/wrist? I know most of the workouts require some of this, and I'm ok with just skipping those parts as long as I'm not having to skip the majority of the workout. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!
