just multiply total kilograms x 2.2 it should give you the lbs

It is recommended that you weight yourself at the same time . I usually do it first thing in the morning as part of my morning routine.
I really like running shoes for my exercise, asics (brand) as they have some nice cushioning on the heel. Also any good running store should be able to help you choose something appropriated for you as they usually have you walk or do some light running on a treadmill to see your gait, worth giving them a try
Thank you for your response. I was kind of leaning towards an 8 to start. I think it will be important to finish the workout so I will follow your advice and get a lower weight ball.
Doing the cardio sculpt series and I notice that in a couple of weeks one of the classes has a medicine ball as an optional item.
