Thanks for answering my question. I am still going to do the easy workouts for 20 min. They seem to not be so hard on my joints, although I've only done 2 of them.
I have the same problem, rwondra. Every time a get a fibro-flare it gets harder to get back on track. I just keep reminding myself of the reason why I started getting healthy and that sets me back on track. My health is important and I have a lot to accomplish before my body gives out on me.
I have arthritis in my knees, ankles, elbows and wrist and fibromyalgia everywhere else and find your workouts to be a bit of a problem. I do what I can, to a point where it won't hurt my joints.
