in adddition to using daily burn, I'm recently started jogging, and I do a 20-30 minute run about 5 times a week. Is it ok to do that on the recovery days, or am I supposed to not work out at all those days and just stretch? Can I jog on some of them but take an entire day every once in a while?

At the start of a few of the Cody Story videos, he mentions that he works barefoot, but it has taken years for him to develop the strength in his feet necessary to do that. I spend a lot of time standing for my job, and a suffer alot of soreness in my feet. I think it would be really good for me to strengthen them up.
