I skipped logging my food for a long time (about a year) and that was fine to maintain. I thought just like you. "I know I'm eating well, I don't have to log." But I started logging and started losing. Give it a try for a couple weeks.
I wonder if it is the same amount of calories you woulda burned anyway.
Just do your best! Sounds like you are still moving so that's awesome. The longer you go, the other moves will get easier.
I keep getting the "we miss you emails". This is my third week of doing videos 2-3x per week. I guess since I'm not following their schedule, it triggers these emails. They are very discouraging. Anyone else? Know how to turn them off?
