I will usually do one of your longer, full-body workouts each day, but yesterday, I wanted to try a couple of shorter videos (15 minutes or so each) to target different parts of the body (e.g., abs, arms, glutes) instead. After completing the first 15 minute workout (abs), I tried to access another shorter minute workout (arms), but I wasn't able to.
Is there a way to do more than one workout each day? I do the same primary workout (longer workout) 3-4 days per week but would like to do a couple of the shorter, more targeted workouts back-to-back on my "in-between" days. Is that possible?
