    CHECK THE LABEL!!! A ton of light yogurts still have high fructose corn syrup in them, plus you always have to remember that when they take something out, they have to put something else (usually chemicals) in!!

    Are you using a blender (like a mini magic bullet or something)? I just 'shook' my first shake, and it was awful!! After I got out my blender, they are delightful!!! Look at the recipes, the pina colada one is delicious, so is the chocolate raspberry. Also, you can do to other protein sites and use their recipes. Get some fruit in there.... it makes a word of difference.

    Use the shake recipes here!!! The pina colada shake is absolutely delicious!!! Plus, make it really cold! Lastly, are you using a blender? If not, that will make a huge difference!!!

    7 days on Ignite using protein powder I was told ad none of the evil six in it....I found it in fact has dairy and soy (hidden in the ingredients list and camouflaged). I have wasted 7 days, and I am devastated. I am actually crying right now. I ordered the Daily Burn fuel this morning. I think this is the core problem in America... you think you are doing the right thing, then, well, You really aren't doing the right thing... So disheartening.

    After 7 days of religiously following ignite, I have gained two pounds. I have made my own food, followed the recipes on the website and worked out daily. What the Hell????

    Mexican is a great option... get the fajita skillets (just the meat and veggies), watch the luncheon processed meat... hidden sugars; all restaurants are required by law to have their ingredient lists available... just ask for it if you have a question about a menu item.

    Paleo/ Primal... with Ignite, you can basically eat anything God made. Try some steak with mushrooms and onions in EVOO... delicious and ignit-able

    CHEESE!!! I can walk away from chocolate, ice cream and sweets. But I love my dairy and the salt! Give me a full bag of chips and I will give you an empty bag. Plus MEXICAN food. But, I have found how to get around that. I order fajitas and just eat the meat and veggies. It is delicious. I am just starting and I did a huge pantry purge and I am headed to the store now.

    I have struggled with my weight for years, and as I get older it just gets more difficult. I have been doing the Daily Burn workouts for a few days now. I really like them, and I need to add in the proper nutrition. My shakes are on the way, I am focusing on a Paleo diet until they arrive. My sister is getting married in 6 weeks. I am hoping to be 10 lbs lighter by then. Of my sisters, I am the oldest and the shortest. I can't fix those things, but I don't have to be the fattest.
