I know you posted this 6 mos ago but I dont see the achievements page either, and the link provided below says the page does not exist!
Since the recipes listed are based on the 22g there is in Fuel, if I get a powder that has 30.7g per scoop, would I only put 1.5 scoops in my shake, or would I still put 2? It says the powder must contain AT LEAST 20g/serving. It does not say there is a limit, but I don't want to get too much protein. If that's even a thing? This is all new to me and I want to make sure to do it right!
Day 1. Did my first "club" workout with LaShae. She's awesome. I've been trying a lot of different workouts lately, and I've always ended up feeling like crap because I couldn't keep up. Yeah I'm having white girl coordination issues, but Move! is fun and I really enjoy it. I love having the options of yoga, strength training, dance, etc., complete with a nutrition guide, for only 15$ a month. Then I'm being kept in check with my "weight progress" chart? I'm really liking this so far. I can't wait to start Ignite in two days! Let's do this.
