    What kind of appliances do you have? When I lived in a dorm I had a microwave and a mini fridge. You could make salads and keep veggies in your fridge, and I used to microwave things like sweet potatoes and steam veggies in a bag. Lunch meat like turkey and ham are good to keep, I made the turkey veggie wraps a lot. Heres the super easy recipe: http://dailyburn.com/recipes/...

    It also helps to get a magic bullet for smoothies, it's compact and easy to clean. As far as meat goes, I primarily stuck to a vegetarian diet so I'm not too sure about that. Maybe invest in a small George Foreman grill for individual portions of chicken and fish?

    Try keeping track of your measurements instead of your weight. My friends and I have all dropped two pants sizes since starting two months ago and most of us have stayed around the same weight. Just look up a video on how to properly take your measurements!
