I have lost 10 pounds in 21 days. Doing the different work out's. I mix it up usually daily and for my recovery day's I do yoga. I couldn't afford their brand of protein powder so I bought some for half the price at my local grocery. I didn't cut out all evil 6, but I hugely modified my diet and portions.
Im down 10 pounds since starting Daily Burn. Can't wait to shred some more!!
