Someone just coming into the program should get a breaking in period. I truly believe your target market needs to be the 2/3rd's... overweight and obese population. If you can design such a program , corporations will be successful amd adapt DailyBurn as part of their employee wellness intiatives

B12 is great, however b12 supplements never make it past the stomach...that why shots or dermal patches are more effective. For daily vitamins I recommend. Otherwise I would recommend a quality multi or whole food like Living Fuel. Also if your interested I would be happy to share a program that works to lose lbs healthier eating a meal every 2-3 hrs.
I believe you can enter this data into the DailyBurn Tracker. This is a separate app from DailyBurn. Also prior to starting a workout the system will ask you for your current weight, which you simply enter into the field.
I don't believe having a FB account is required.

I use the yellow packets and have thus far given up sugar for three weeks. I'll consume between 2-3 cups of coffee per day, otherwise I make sure to drink one 16oz glass of filtered water every two hours...this insures I attain my drinking water objective.

Yes, I realize going to the gym can sometimes be slightly intimidating. Sometimes you just need to see pastthe negative towards your mountain top wellness goals and objectives. Also I'm here to tell you losing fat weight is not impossible and If the gym is not doing it for you there are other alternative to consider (early on) to keep you on the road to attaining your health and wellness goals.
My name is Alan and I too am in the process of going through fat loss transformation. I've been overweight for nearly 20 years and although (always around 28-29 BMI) I've been relatively active (like doing this wonderful workout) I've never been able to lose the unhealthy fat. My problem is I have been consuming 4000 calories per day (or more) and eat way too much after 7pm.
Just two months ago, I decided I was going to do whatever it takes to shed these pounds (236) and get back to a healthy body weight for my size and weight (195). One month ago I was introduced to my friend Randy Gray via linkedin.com. Randy told me about a simple fat loss system which enable individuals like you and I to lose inches without starving. Its all about eating a lean balance meal every 3 hours and staying committed to the program for at least 30 days...it takes that long for your body and mind to physiologically make the change.
I started the Take Shape for Life Program 10 days ago and I have been very happy with the results. After almost 10 years I finally got below the 230 mark and weighed in at 228 (down from 236)!! I still perform Daily Burn at least 3x's per week, however due to a a substantial reduction in my daily calories ... I cut my workouts in 1/2.
For starters go to http://www.cdc.gov/obesity/st... to learn more about obesity and overweight. If you're committed to taking off the weight, let me know and I'll introduce you to Randy.
