I have an intolerance of fruit, and most of all plans have fruit contained in them. I have battled with my weight for the past few years, I have been doing daily burn for about 16 days, and was just going to begin daily burn ignite nutritious plans. However they contain fruit What is a good way around that?
Day 21 not loosing much weight but certainly feeling the burn,, hopefully I can get my eating under control now i got my exercise in motion.

Day 8,,,,, definately feeling the burn, kicking is really hard,,,, I can do this.
Day 4, I love stretching! The Yoga is awesome!
