I have issues with taking pills but have no problem pretending like they are just fruit snacks to get them down. The problem is that with the vitamins that I take, that's 10 adult fruit snacks in the morning. I don't want to space them out because I'm afraid I'll forget to take them. Do you guys think they are ok to take with a low caloric diet?
Multivites Complete Multivitamin- 15 calories, 3g carbs, 3g sugar
Power C (Vitamin C)- 20 calories, 4g carbs, 3g sugar.
B Complex- 15 calories, 3g carbs, 3g sugar
Fish Oil- 15 calories, 4g carbs, 3g sugar
Prenatal with DHA & Folic Acid (We aren't actively ttc right now but will in the future so I was advised to keep up on these)- 20 calories, 4g carbs, 3g sugar
All of these are made with sugar substitutes so I would think that would go against ignite, correct?
I'm only worried now about using them during ignite? I'll go grab the bottles and try to list some of the stuff from there.
