They both weigh the same, just like a pound of feathers weighs the same as a pound of lead. The difference is in just how much volume a pound of fat takes up versus how much a pound of muscle takes up on your body, I think what the saying intends to say is that weight isn't the only think you should be measuring. You could lose a lot of weight in fat and be smaller, and gain back the weight in muscle but be no where near the size you were before losing the fat. Technically you are still the same weight, so that measurement it isn't really a good comparison.
I made some last night with olive oil and lightly salted. It didn't taste weird but was tricky to pop every thing in the olive oil without it smoking. Thanks for the response, I wanted to make sure I didn't have to Reignite after just my first day on Ignite
If I didn't take a photo of my smoothie I made in the morning and I wanted to track it in this new ignite plan, I just upload a placeholder photo instead. You could make an image in a photo editor that just says No Photo Taken and upload and that should work. I forgot to take a photo of my smoothie this morning again too.
Is there any reason I shouldn't have popcorn while in the Ignite phase? If I don't butter it or pop it with oil that contains soy?
I bought the Now Foods Pea Protein and tested it out today, it has a fairly strong pea flavor.
