A lot of what I have read on here says that people stop watching their portion sizes after Ignite. I watch mine with every meal and snack, and track it all with the Dailyburn Tracker app. I'm not sure about the supplements or your thyroid, platelet, or white cell count. You may want to ask your doctor about that.
In TBT Cory talks about a Core 15 coming out soon. Any idea when?
In 21 days of using Ignite and doing TBT, I went from 165 pounds and 15.9% body fat to 155 pounds and 12.5% body fat. If you do it like they tell you to and don't cheat, it works.
I use different things. Sometimes I eat guacamole and corn chips, a handful of nuts, or a small serving of vegetables.
And as for the watch thing, I have to sacrifice a little sleep every now and then to make sure i get my workout in. Totally worth it.
I am P-3 Navy, so I am not sure how the boat would work for this. I would suggest just doing the best you can and keep the Evil 6 to a minimum. Don't starve yourself though, and definitely don't stop yourself from getting all the nutrients you need.
Chocolate fuel, 1.5 cups of almond milk and 1 cup of frozen mixed berries. It stays thick, almost like a milkshake!
My wife and I are both in the Navy and tended to eat very poorly on our very rushed schedule. By doing this diet and workout plan together, it allows us to learn to eat better while holding each other accountable. It's going really well so far!!
