I'd really like to make a grilled cheese sandwich using Daiya cheese, and wonder if bread made out of gluten-free flour is alright. I notice 1-3 g of sugar per serving of Udi's bread, but I read in one of Dailyburn's articles that 20 g sugar is allowed per meal. Am I getting this correct? Don't want to sabotage my Ignite run!
