I want to put less stress on my body and eat the way I was intended to. I'd also like to avoid dying young and leaving my little guy without a mom.
Crusty bread with fondue... at least I was earlier this week... now I'm finding my cravings swing more towards "I want something warm" vs. specific food/flavor cravings... interesting

When DB first designed the new site it was based on the concept of not tracking every little bit rather encouraging better nutrition choices, thus the separation. I think it's probably unlikely that they'd put them together under one umbrella as they represent two different schools of thought.
