not at all...it has a great flavor...and even some times tastes like cake (depending on what i mix in with it)! I add frozen mixed fruit (strawberries, pineapple, mango mix) no sugar added. You can find that mix in almost any supermarket frozen section. Make sure it says "No Sugar Added" on the package
old-fashioned Oatmeal & eggs is also a good breakfast to keep you fuller longer. i monitor my calorie intake on myfitnesspal.com I log everything I eat/drink
I don't do it for breakfast unless i'm going to workout. i like to take the protein powder before my workouts. So i usually have eggs & fruit for breakfast (some time i'll put 1/2 an avacado with my eggs for more substance).
I love the daily burn fuel...i have vanilla and it blends with everything! So good...and if you use unsweetened vanilla almond milk...it's better than water...you will be very happy
I'm on the same schedule too. i do my daily burn fuel with 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk around 4, then get home and work out with plenty of energy and protein :)
