I'm getting great results from Daily Burn...have been using it for about six months I think (don't quite remember)...and it's drastically changed my fitness, flexibility, strength, stamina...and of course, really successful weight loss and - more importantly - maintaining my ideal weight. Never used ignite, I just make sure I eat more vegetables/fish/meats and less processed foods.
I agree about the recovery days. Also remember that muscle is heavier than fat, so for me, now that I've reached my goal 'size', I've stopped worrying about the scales. Keep going :)
